The « Classic Rallies » are organized around a « basic package » including all the necessary elements for a succesful, mastered and safe activity. This « module » will fit naturally into your programs, everything related to the classic car rally is covered, you can focus 100% on the client’s experience and the rest of the event…
Our « Classic Rallies » always include:
- The classic cars’ « fleet » rental
- The rally’s insurance
- The gasoline
- The design of the itinerary
- The provision and the programming of our GPS localization system
- An HF radio in each car for live commentary and guidance (guests can also talk together!!!)
- The itinerary reconnaissance 48 hours before the rally (to check for roadworks, traffic, etc.)
- The multilingual briefing with you
- The multilingual assistance and accompaniment during the rally (with 1 staff car and 2 staffs every 5 clients’ cars + 2 senior mechanics with a service car and a replacement car)
- A « main stop » per half day (with toilets and refreshments) and a second optional stop (photo stop, quick visit, etc.) so that the guests swap cars at least twice per half day
- The delivery and the pickup of the cars at 1 point in Nice (for all the « Classic Rallies » on the French Riviera) or at 1 point in Cascais and Estoril (for all the « Classic Rallies » in Portugal)
